Since 1992 the landowners of Kolosori proceeded through the land acquisition process and then finally in 2008 after High court and Magistrate approval and judgement, the true landowners were legally identified.

In February this year, they were granted their Perpetual Estate Title under the lands and Titles Act by the Commissioner of lands and registered by the Register of Titles. This is the proper legal process and I congratulate the Kolosori Tribe in their perseverance"
