Unfortunately, the big elephant in the room question is going to be a wait and see: To what detriment will project finance have on existing shareholders? It's a gamble buying in until there is clarity on this - hence the never ending SP stagnation. There's every chance there's going to be a portion of dilutive equity required, even though they are trying to make it as painless as possible for existing SH's via non-dilutive options; and at a 35m market cap, it could be rough. The project has essentially been green-lighted already - FID will be a non-event. Project finance is the likely the make/break for SP movement.
