Hi Grant

My name is XXX XXXX. I am known to a few of your directors and staff.

I have been involved in NGE as an early seed investor and had a very good relationship with the Towners. I have seen our share price hit the lows of 2 cents and the highs of 29 cents. I have also seen the same regurgitated presentations being published as 'new' news for the last 15 months. The purpose of this email is to query your lack of information to all shareholders and the level of salaries that are paid to you , your staff and non executives. I have recently published on the Hotcopper forum my annoyance that the level of salaries and benefits paid does not appear to be commensurate with the performance and activities of the company to date. The posting on Hotcopper has resulted in nearly 500 views with much comment agreeing to this sentiment. As you know shareholders own the company (sorry for stating the obvious but occasionally a reminder is warranted). We are hearing rumours of great things to come and realise some commercial negotiations would be deemed confidential however an update of activities and a timeframe of expected outcomes would be welcomed.

I have also copied XXXX XXX who is a shareholder in NGE with similar views.
