Yes, it's very frustrating.
Our understanding is that the Board cannot make any decisions while in Admin, but the Admin does not have the power to appoint / dismiss Board! Status quo until one of the three options coming out of Admin:
1) Return to Directors
2) Deed of company arrangement
3) Liquidation
