Open Letter to Administrator, page-8

Many thanks to NBT's continuous efforts to protect our shareholders rights. As I said previously, at this stage, it's even harder to get our money back from the mud. Obviously, the obstacles come from the following several parties: 1, 7, they still claim they will use all means to grab our assets, arrogantly, greedily and mercilessly. Fair to them is just a joke. It's the capitalism's essence, to use all the extreme ways to maximum their benefits. 2, the current nexus board. No doubt, these people will take advantage of the current positions to hide the underhanded deals with 7 and do their best to escape the responsibilities and draw even more "rewards" from the last gasped company. 3, the McGrathNicols. They are actually an agent type of administrator and they chase the huge remunerate for so called administration, even a water dispenser keeper getting more than $200/hr. If the NBT, the owner, the remunerate payer joins the administrator group, will the McGrathNicols guys be happy?

All the above parties claim to pursue the best interest for the shareholders but people know what they are pursuing. These parties are well organised and prevented themselves with tons of documentations in case getting flamed.

To politely negotiate with them is something like the goats begging rights from the wolves. For us, including our small shareholders, NBT, even our colleagues, some big shareholders, the following way is only to keep fighting, no more choice. It's the hardest battle stage and it's a real battle. We need to gather our small shareholders energy and rally around the NBT, Like the vote down stage, whenever the NBT needs our backup, we'll follow it's indication and give our full support.
