I suspect there is significant appetite to engage a legal firm to run a no win / no fee class action to test the assertions. I am definitely willing to pursue this line of activity.

I am also concerned how a voluntarily delisting may negatively impact a class action and this should be confirmed before shareholders vote (once the plan has been articulated). I'd imagine it is a question the BoD's would need to ask and have legally confirmed prior to any recommendation to delist - assuming they will pursue damages post any final decision in ISXs favour.
