    Reads like a letter of defeat, which it is.

    you are defeated. Your directors lies of 500m damages are unsubstantiated and ultimately just pure fiction.

    any wrong doing by asx is merely an allegation which isx decided it was unable to prove.

    so much for the treasure chest.
