    well done, old fellow. Although I share your points of criticism, your comparison based on the shares prices is wrong. Thuthuka offered A$12.9m for 25% of Kanyika, while ECE today offers about A$47,9m for a 51% stake in Globe. At the end, of course, that doesn?t reflect the fair value of GBE.
