Open letter to Mr Longo regarding ASX investigation and ASIC litigation of ISX and its CEO John Karantzis, page-2

What a great summary of events that have occured.....as a shareholder it saddens me what I and fellow shareholders have endured and what this company and its employees have been put through.

The saddest part is that after 2 years of suspension, I still have no idea why they are suspended and you would have thought that the ASX could have written a letter to all shareholders stating why our shares are locked up.

JK was right that they had no option but to take it to the federal court.....lets see if it makes it there.
