This is all starting to become quite a drawn out fiasco. It's my first proper experience of the courts in this country - and I'm quite horrified at the endlessness of it all, and lack of repercussions for delays.
Am I getting this right... What we expected to happen today has basically been delayed by 3.5 months?
Am I wrong in thinking this process could literally take years?
