Thought I would do a bit more reading re Larkspur as you do when in lockdown and getting hard to follow it all. So claiming a % of the perf shares and JK is saying not happening as you contributed nothing that helped "achieve" the milestones. Depends what literature you read as to what outcome you believe. My fave reports the milestones were achieved albeit by a skinny when you take out this and that. That's akin to telling the ATO well I only earned $10 this year as if you take out my costs for this and that - am I getting close?
