writing as an fse shareholder, i was wondering how ordinary rng shareholders feel about this business going on. your management has gone to the expense of producing a 101 page document, basing a purchase on a 2 for 1 swap with fse shareholders which will never happen at the respective share prices. they also have to hold a meeting (again at some cost) to ratify such a drastic change of direction. so, for a not inconsiderable outlay, with a massive dilution of your value, and a totally different company direction, do you think its worth it ? and who knows, after this proposal, they may find a "hot" new direction to pursue, and off you go again. from the long term fse shareholders that have posted on HC,it appears we are not disposed to Hart and the Lossmaster, but maybe you see it differently, regards, goldgreg
