    Reporting structure will be interesting from next week. As CEO SH wont be sitting on the BOD as he is not MD. Well i presume not, just reports to.

    Does AT still maintain his Directorship?

    Maybe ive missed it but i dont see much in the way of announcements re: AT since SH appointment.
