Yes, every time now that I see a story in our news media about the public reaction of the whole Australian new car sales industry, to the imminent arrival of EV's, it always reminds me of that absolutely classic "Fawlty Towers" sketch where a totally frantic Basil, stumbles out of the Dining room and blurts out to Polly, the Hotel's Maid, ".. for GOD's sake Polly, don't mention the War..!! I did, mention it, accidentally, once, but I think I've got away with it..??" wink wink, twitch twitch, neck jerk, blink blink.
