Heres the problem, although not common practice, it is alleged that some directors hold the project as ransom...well at least psychologically......whats to stop them from dragging their heels if they don't get the bonus they want? I'll certainly consider that fact when voting....especially when the future hangs on the project - SDV. Not making any accusations here....just throwing a possibility out there.

But i agree wholeheartedly, vote friggin NO......Can we demand a revote? lol
