@airconditionerIn a nutshell, it goes like this.
Send the ships get the $$$
Why do you over think it like this?
I met Simon Hay, didn't seem too bright and was frightened to answer anything I asked of him.
I don't see much value added by him yet your post is focussed on him saving the retailer's with a share buy back.. Even though to me it appeared you're entirely against that.
Dude WTF?
You waffled on so much in that post that I think you will send him to sleep right through to the end of next quarter.
Let's cut the shizzlez.
The company needs to start selling lithium chemicals otherwise it is at the whims of converters that can play games and really.. in China they can win every day of the week against a non Chinese company. Mitsubishi as a Japanese company won't save you there.
Let's look at Mineral Resources that from what I understand are being investigated by Ministry of Commerce in China for fraudulent practices regarding the DSO product they shipped to China (basically, mixed a lot of crap and waste material) ... there is a small class action instigated by certain DSO customers. Also, because there is still a lot of DSO material sitting at various ports - various government agencies also investigating why.
The hearing was being held today in Beijing at MOFCOM.
It seems to me that anything tied with Lithium is not immune to legal action.
Yet here I sit on the sidelines watching it all go by.
But good on you for your long winded letter to Simon on Hot Copper.
Was it about things that will happen or hopes and dreams whilst retailers get their capital value stolen away from them?
I don't have much hope in Simon and I am disappointed that you don't really fight for the holders other than this somewhat well written narrative that bleeds the heart in the hope to make everyone love you that little bit more.
You're no longer a Galaxy Avenger.
Nice heart by the way.
