The company needs to start selling lithium chemicals otherwise it is at the whims of converters that can play games and really.. in China they can win every day of the week against a non Chinese company. Mitsubishi as a Japanese company won't save you there.
Let's look at Mineral Resources that from what I understand are being investigated by Ministry of Commerce in China for fraudulent practices regarding the DSO product they shipped to China (basically, mixed a lot of crap and waste material) ... there is a small class action instigated by certain DSO customers. Also, because there is still a lot of DSO material sitting at various ports - various government agencies also investigating why.
The hearing was being held today in Beijing at MOFCOM.
It seems to me that anything tied with Lithium is not immune to legal action.
Yet here I sit on the sidelines watching it all go by.
