Brennan didn't appoint himself, he was proposed as director by one of SOC's largest shareholders, independent of GTT and has support of many more shareholders

Your other comment that unless directors own large slabs of shares bought through heavily discounted placements they have no incentive to build the SP ?

So SOC is better off issuing M's of discounted shares to GTT and associates + 100/150M 0.4c options and they will build the SP ? They built the SP once on Halls Peak drilling promised and dumped 300M shares into it didn't they ?

Rather than appoint a technical board who have geological and exploration reputation to uphold and will work for appropriate salaries and incentives ?

The issue is, you keep looking at SOC as a shell rather than something that needs exploration expertise
