I've received my shareholder letter and it made me think. The letter writer is complaining bitterly about current management and its lack of competence . Well you would think that someone canvassing for shareholders votes would at least include a proxy form with his letter. To me that is also an indication of lack of competence and I would be wary of voting for the letter writer.
