There's a reason for that and it's not because of incompetent management. They have the connections to drill don't they? You've claimed yourself that all you have to do is drill.....
Like I've said in the past, they want to make lots of money (to put it simply), they would have drilled by now if it wasn't this upcoming vote.
It's like a political race to a certain degree.
