You have said in just a few paragraphs what needed to be said and all parties need to leave their ego's at the door and resolve this. There are 2 spots that need to be filled and with Christmas around the corner it will take time for business/corporate to come out of Christmas hibernation and ramp back up.
Steve as thelocalbloke says......"the group is made up of ordinary people"....but we are not going away just yet.
