Gentlemen,
I am writing this from my own point of view. I have not had discussions with any other shareholders but after reading the forums ,I believe that there are many who share some if not all of my views.
Other than a quick mention of consistently missing timellines, drilling that should have been underway, finance that would see us through to FID ,overpaid salary packages and associated sweet heart deals as well as numerous red herrings and management ,consultants and contractors that arrive with much fanfare and then seem to vanish off the face of the earth.........I will concentrate on 2 matters that annoy,worry irritate and every other adjective that is synonymous.
1) The shareprice . It is a joke, and the daily volumes are worse than pathetic with over 1 billion on issue. If TNG is expected to be a major world wide company why are the Board not putting their hands in their pockets by supporting the Company and buying on market. Many others do and thereby showing their belief. Even Elon Musk (ignore the controversy) He is demonstrating his commitment.
What do we do. Nothing But given our supposed potential we " gift' Vimson a discounted price and major SH status while dragging us down to single figures. Unforgivable. If we believe what we have been told over the last decade they should have been begging to come on board and pay a substantial premium. Thus the German financial institutions can come in at an equally low price.
Net result; more dilution and a probable CR.
The Road Shows and Presentations appear to be expensive junkets going by the results. Show some resolve with some skin in the game ,not sweet sounding platitudes. THE DECADE LONG SLIDE IN THE SP IS INEXCUSABLE.
2 ) Communications. I had high hopes for Paula. A pr person coupled with a well presented Newsletter.. It looked as though we were making progress. However like so many people entering Govt or the Corporate sector ,to put it kindly, their idealism seems to eventually get left at the door.
With the EIS. Why can we not have bullet points outlining each issue and where it's at. We have had it before.i.e completed , final stage ready for sign off etc.
I hope this does not get moderated . I have tried to keep it straight forward and factual,as I feel and see it.
It is a discussion we need to have. The Board taking note of the concerns raised and replying in a straight forward, honest and transparent way,as far as commercially prudent. We all want to be on the same page going forward as one. to ultimate sucgess
p.s My credentials . A loyal holder for over 8 years, Over 3 million shares among Trust ,Nominee Company and personal, Also introduced TNG to a limited number of friends and family. A any one time I usually have between 6 and 10 resource equities
