Here we go again; Vintage making a somewhat misleading argument, and somehow getting the support of DH.
"Negligent" is not a word I ever used. What I said publically at the AGM, was that by being unhedged SBN had shortened the time-horizon of their capital, and that SBN's principal business is foreign currency speculation, not Biotech. The board did not contest these assertions either when made, nor afterwards in private discussions. I do not recall it being mentioned again over lunch; TF, BH1, Timoh and Monhawks didn’t mention it in their subsequent postings on HC, and I didn’t see the need to bring it up again myself. (Why I would want to harm the share price, then or now, either for myself or you guys, I have no idea).
You Vin, not me, are the one making an issue of this.
I would also question the ethics of making public second-hand private information, which by it’s very nature is never going to be completely accurate in it’s retelling, nor necessarily complete.
