MM, your concerns have been partly on the operations and partly on the corporate governance. My concerns are solely on the corporate governance. The announcements and reports are littered with inconsistencies. Anyway, happy to join forces should the need arise as I now smell a fish and rat and I've never smelled both together before.

Here is yet another 'please explain' from the half yearly:

If TZ has achieved such an exansion, as evidenced by this, then it constitutes an agreement. So why has such an agreement been slipped onto the bottom of page 7 of a PDF. Surely such an agreement warrants it's own announcement as the PB Aus/NZ did?:
