    I am suprised by the scale and extent of omissions or inclusion(depending on which group of investors you are).
    The failure to inform the market of such price sensitive information(included in the Veritas report)have clearly disdvantaged existing shareholders.
    Mangement surely doesn't want a disgruntled class action from the disadvantaged shareholder group or for ASX to start pouring over disclosure obligations.
    Loyalty needs to cut both ways.
