I agree, no need to think ASIC, TZ are probably on their watch list from old days anyway.
We need to give the company the opportunity for right of reply. They haven't been transparent with contract announcements, distribution partnership structures, cap raising plans etc and they need to explain why, but we need to give them the chance first.
I would expect quite a deliberated and detailed response but who knows until they do or don't reply.
