My my, hasn't the mood turned ugly!

I do not subscribe to the "conspiracy theories". I do no think that the current board and management have enough control of the situation to mount a conspiracy. Not to mention imagination & competence.

I reckon that they are hanging on by their fingernails and doing what they can to keep their "cash cow" producing milk for as long as possible. Just like it has been throughout TZ's life as a listed company.

Recent cap raising was likely as good as they could get, just to stay alive. IMO they had zero chance of getting an underwritten placement to fly.

If it all goes pear-shaped, there will be plenty of excuses and others to blame - like "those damn disloyal minority shareholders who turned on us, just when things were coming good".
