"Open Pay"

I had a call from my uncle yesterday who says another company called Open Pay is said to be listed on the ASX anytime now. Does anyone know anything about this? I'm not here all the time and haven't had time to read every post in every thread, but i can't recall seeing it discussed in there. At least, not in recent times anyway. He says that they will be aiming at large amounts of money to lend. On the surface it doesn't seem to me like it's going to impact on Afterpay, but I don't know that much about all this in all honesty.
