I think this is the time to buy. I've been watching for a while and I look at Haille a few years ago when it was with Remarco. I like the project then and I reckon its only having the usual startbup blues. I think there have been issues but OGC is a good punt in a world that is about to have a crypto currency melt down. That is more likely to happen than the Philippines closing Didipio.
