But like I said, navigating the ASIC process for raising issues (complaints) with them is nothing short of a nightmare for anyone other than a corporate lawyer. My question to fellow disgruntled minority shareholders on this thread  is whether any of you have successfully navigated the process and actually lodged a complaint with ASIC. Then the follow up question is, if you did lodge a complaint, did you get a response? If you received a response from a person, what is the email address for that person? Then we will all know who to directly send our individual complaints to. 

Gotta provided the name of a person at the ASX. We now require a name at ASIC.
