    I thought that at the bottom of the letter to shareholders recommending we vote "no" to the new directors, it had the name of a law firm.

    And I thought it was the letter and not the notice of meeting which is what you might be referring to wotsthegoss..
    Might be wrong, but thought they were two different things.
