The only document accompanying my Notice of Meeting (which was in the form of a booklet recommending I vote NO) was from Automic (a share register entity). It contained only instructions on how to vote. No specific mention of a law firm in the Automic document other than the address for the meeting. As I said above, the address for the meeting was provided and that address was at the Law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth (contact details as above).
Not sure a tinpot entity like Wolf would or could afford to engage two Corporate law firms.
