Realistically I expect the offer to be a 60-80% premium.
I think the price has been held down so they can say "Your monthly average is X we will be generous and offer you X plus 60-80%". Fair, No but the market/shareholders will say if it is acceptable.
I came in in the mid teens so I am happy to hold or if it comes in at a huge premium I will cash out.
