Thank you jevalent, for taking the time to follow mthis up, but moreso because the answer you received was valuable and as you say should have been perhaps released with the original ASX release, the fact that any small pieces of the novosorb dressing that remained in the wound when it is removed woud just degrade away over time is certainly one huge advantage over the Granufoam dressing.
