thank you for your corrections and contributions...this sp has drifted lately,possibly some knew of the impending offer...the announcement 1 expected was a takeover by the chinese who are already involved and a major customer....RIV should have been able to generate enough profit to finance expansion...there has been a coal price downturn and the future is uncertain...time will tell if this move is wise...is RIV escaping the clean coal revolution by producing offshore?
