    Trademanic,
There are numerous examples to be observed especially within us.

The evolution factor is based on survival of the fittest, correct? So,each time an action occurs there is a change in the body. If we were to look at how sport has changed even in the last 10 years, observations do indicate that competion enforces the body to change so in order to survive the gained position actions make the body change. It is everywhere to be seen; in sports,in literature, in wars & many other things.
The body of an athletic person changes as he or she is faced with a challenge, now if that athlete wants to win a contest it would have to challenge therefore it needs to train so the body will cchangge in accordance. Genes are passed on via the DNA sequence & if the conditions are right the offspring will be stronger as the body has been set for the continuation of the desired achievement. If I were to go to a gym and build myself it would require effort and action so the body changes.

In regards to the theory its also best to read Alfred wallace.
He is the forefather of the theory of evolution.
