Gopher who said they are keeping the price down, accumulation is the act of buying more shares of a stock without causing the price to increase significantly. Sure looks like that to me its clear they are doing this between 51-53 cents.
When whoever is accumulating is finished watch for us to head into the 60's very quickly.
