    if you don't hold then the best option imo is to just wait for the results and then decide to buy in... if the results are good, the price will definitely be much higher than now, but will be risk free... if the results are bad, you could have dodged a bullet...

    all up to you if you want to risk it now or pay a bit higher for an assured commercial project in 2 weeks time... your money, your call...
