Possibly this stock is listed on what I remember to be the OTC (over the counter market) i.e.it is not a recognised Stock Exchange as we know it in Oz, but purely a private market controlled by a Market-Maker who buys stocks from non-US resident shareholders - who have US broker accounts to trade thru, in US-listed stocks - to sell to US residents. My apols if my info is unclear - perhaps another poster could better elucidate the OTC market's trading process.
