Ok this is my complete guess / gut feel for what's going to happen over the next week.
Ever who's governing the sp will do so tomorrow and Monday.
Then on Monday there's the agm.
Tuesday trading halt. Share placement with US instos.
Before anyone jumps in and says they could have taken another 20 mil from uk / Hong Kong, they really couldn't.
That would have required shareholder approval.
But it all resets after the agm, so they can do what they want with placements.
* just my guess. Don't go buying or selling on the back of what I've said above.
