thanks for your thoughtful words Tedhunter.....Not very.
Everybody needs help sometimes to understand things. So I asked (politely) for assistance, as I do not ....and there are a few (not you) who are willing to share, to teach. Myself, I used to be a teacher. Hopefully I was more generous and positive with my comments than you.

AS for the help already posted....I am still missing something.
a) the grant date is the same as the AGM date? I don't know....that is one quesetion I have still.
b) are the shares paid for out of the SPP money as the company had not enough funds before that.?

Yes I am still not clear.
I don't mind the company helping out directors if they can seriously help out the future of the company.
However, skin in the game is already there....so extra freebies I don't like.
AS I see it their salaries are already good. And the value of their already given shares has risen 6 fold.
