I actually think it was a pretty good result. The issue is that they have lost the confidence of most fund managers after the management issues in the UK and the subsequent fall in the SP, so I am guessing some fund managers have taken the opportunity to get out while there is good volume. Further to this SPZ is currently on a very similar multiple to the recent acquisition by Macquarie that they detailed in their presentation, which may have put a cap on the share price in the short term.
The good thing for shareholders is that time heals, so if they keep performing the stock will re-rate at some point in the future.
