I am waiting to see what Chris Morris does here. Will he buy more shares? If he buys more shares, then I remain confident that this will turn around, if he starts to lighten then that becomes an issue for me as well.
I agree that Morris should take over the Australian operation management wise, and Gillespie should spend the next 12 months in the UK getting that business back on track.
