Someone has been selling around 20 mil shares so far at a lower and lower price since last Thursday 14.
The only large purchase was yesterday of about 1 mil. There could be many reasons for this.
On a maybe unrelated subject, Park 24 has been aggressively buying up parking companies worldwide including this region and have a serious growth strategy forecast. They don't appear to have smartphone technology but please DYOR
