So if AELB is saying conditions are not yet satisfied and they meet tomorrow, perhaps by some miracle they make this deadline and TOL issued.
HOWEVER, I would not make the incorrect assumption that we have to wait another month for an answer for the AELB to meet again. I think this is wrong. If the AELB is doing conferences weekly now again then this is clearly important enough to warrant an answer and an approval outside of usual meetings.
On the flip side which I think others have pointed out, looks like the AELB is actually hanging to give Lynas the TOL. Their rooting for Lynas.
I think we need to get perspective and look at the positives.
Tomorrow could be red for a hundred reasons, mainly macro factors nad last day of financial year. Or it could be green.
Patience is a virtue.
