I agree with everything you say and that's why I hinted it WOULD BE an UNWELCOME takeover offer but what ADV has to offer as you very well pointed out is going to be MUCHO PREMIUM in the minds of those who want to tie up and ensure supply of the most valuable resources available as they become scarcer and scarcer in the next 2/5 years.

I too do not want to sell, this company will fund my retirement and hopefully that might be 5 years early??? if all goes to the plan I'm hoping for ad that's NOT a sale to anybody.
