ITOCHU buys our 25% share, then we still go to court and win the remaining 75% back. Means we are in a 75/25 partnership with ITOCHU, rather than the 60/40 that was originally proposed.
Could be the smartest management decision our guys have ever made!
Pie in the sky stuff I know, but let's face it, my pie isn't alone!
And while this is the "last day" of trading before court commences, let's not forget that the case actually starts at 10:15am, giving 15 minutes of trading next week. Could be a very Mad Monday!
