    i highly doubt it. the underwriter would have had preferential treatment in the insto placement.

    Investment bankers are highly competitive, constant jostling for all the large deals. If it comes out at the end of the raising that the underwriter had to take up a lot of stock other companies will think twice re using them as they will be percieved as having failed
