Question is why?
They have cash. So is it because they are letting a fund/company of significance enter BYR in a substantial way before this takes off. Is it a strategic CR?
Could be good for the SP if raised at a premium and gone to a strategic cornerstone investor. Buying on Friday would indicate that this is more than just passing the can around to get some more money in the bank.
Suppose we will know soon enough.
