perhaps but if you have a look at what PMH sp did when they acquired the wyoming project - very little sp movement. they have now divested it for $20m and the sp is at the same levels roughly as it was prior to the acquisition.
the managment have effectively created $20m worth of value out of nothing (read it has not cost pmh anything as they are getting $200K cash as part of the deal with PEN) and the share price goes down yet other stocks can fly on the basis of nothing!
as i said logic will never prevail!
